Amati Global Partners announces the appointment of David Stevenson
Amati Global Investors, the award winning investment management boutique, has appointed David Stevenson to its investment team. David joins from Cartesian Capital, which he co-founded in 2005. Cartesian achieved peak assets of £600 million, covering retail and institutional clients across long only and long/short UK equity strategies. Prior to that David was Assistant Director at SVM, where he also managed a range of UK equity products. David started his career at KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He latterly specialised in corporate finance, before moving into private equity with Dunedin Fund Managers.
David has 22 years of investment experience, with a track record which includes managing the SVM UK Opportunities small/mid cap fund from its inception to late 2005, a period in which it ranked in the top decile amongst its peers.
