Amati has recently announced a VCT Prospectus Offer for tax year 2019/20 and 2020/21 seeking a raise of up to £25m with an over-allotment facility of £20m. We are hosting a series of seminars over the coming months where we would like to give advisers an insight into the shape of the current portfolio but also to give an understanding of the Offer and the benefits of investing in the Amati AIM VCT. We are delighted that on two occasions we have the EIS firm, Par Equity joining us and they will be giving an overview of their EIS fund and investment opportunity.

During the course of the year Amati hosts and attends various events where individual investors and advisers have the opportunity to meet the Amati team, including the fund managers. Some of these events are small and are focused on adviser education while our other events are open to everyone and include presentations from some of the portfolio companies we invest in.
