In conjunction with Amati AIM VCT, we would like to invite you to our investor afternoon which will take place in London on Wednesday 26 June 2019. The event, which will include the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the Company, will again be held at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, in the Milton Court Theatre, Level 1 in the Milton Court building. The address is 1 Milton Street, Barbican, London EC2Y 9BH, and the entrance is on the corner of Milton Street and Silk Street
The event will give shareholders the opportunity to meet the directors of the Company, put questions to the fund managers, who will be represented by Dr Paul Jourdan and Anna Wilson and hear from two of the companies in which Amati AIM VCT has made investments.
Registration will be from 1.30pm and the Amati AIM VCT AGM will start at 2.00pm. We will again be running The Amati Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs’ Award with entrepreneurs pitching for the 2019 Award.
The format for the event will be as follows:

During the course of the year Amati hosts and attends various events where individual investors and advisers have the opportunity to meet the Amati team, including the fund managers. Some of these events are small and are focused on adviser education while our other events are open to everyone and include presentations from some of the portfolio companies we invest in.
